By submitting your artwork to The Circle of Curators, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL
All submissions are subject to review and approval by our editorial team.
Once a submission has been accepted and the participation fee has been completed, the artist will be included in an upcoming issue of The Circle of Curators, according to our editorial schedule.
We reserve the right to decline submissions that do not meet our editorial standards or that are not aligned with the publication.

EDITORIAL FORMAT
Each accepted artist will receive an editorial feature as described at the time of purchase. The layout, selection of images, and final presentation remain at the discretion of The Circle of Curators.

IMAGE RIGHTS
The artist retains full copyright and ownership of all submitted works.
By submitting, you grant The Circle of Curators a non-exclusive right to publish the submitted materials within the agreed editorial feature.
This includes:
– Publication within the magazine
– Display on our website
– Promotion through our communication channels
We will not use your images for unrelated purposes without your consent.

PROMOTION
We may promote your feature through our website, social media, and newsletters. Any promotion will be directly related to your feature within The Circle of Curators.

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITY
By submitting your work, you confirm that:
– You are the original creator of the artwork, or
– You have full legal rights and permission to submit the work
You are solely responsible for any claims related to copyright infringement or unauthorized use. The Circle of Curators will not be held liable for any such claims.

CONTENT GUIDELINES
We reserve the right to reject or remove content that may be considered inappropriate, including but not limited to explicit or restricted material, depending on distribution and platform limitations.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of editorial services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the submission has been approved.

Once materials have been submitted and the feature is confirmed, changes may not be possible or may be subject to additional fees.

AGREEMENT
By submitting your artwork and completing the process, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
